Have you ever been refused to be sold these? I have, and my dad went marching down to the shop and had an arguement with the shopkeeper.

No where on the packet does it have an age restriction was the arguement

It's rare for that to happen in the UK. Although we have a legal age that one can have sex shopkeepers will still sell them to those younger because of the risk of STIs/STDs and pregnancy, etc.

i've never been refused, in the UK you can get them free from the doctors and chemist(drug store) anyway, even where i live a van comes around giving them out.. :L

To my knowledge, There isn't a age restriction on buying condoms in England. Now I could be wrong, due to the fact that I don't live there, But Ive looked it up and didn't find it anywhere saying there was. Your father was right, and should of done what he did, At least if you are going to have sex you took the initiative to be safe about it.

Personally I've never had to buy them (partner has always bought or we go without) but from what I understand there is no age restriction on them and you should be able to buy them from anywhere; people complain that kids are having unprotected sex at a young age and then this happens.

From what I know, they have to sell them to you, since there is no law/rule that says you cannot buy them.

Never, I've never been refused. I buy condoms with no problem. There is no law against buying them, and I live in Texas for God's sake and they are really conservative here.

actually here, where I live, they give them away for free, there is no age restriction, that sounds stupid, because they dont want that young teens adquire diseases.

some shops wont sell them to minors on principle, even thought there is no law against it.

first time i bought condoms was when i was 12, i looked really young for my age, and the girl smiled and sold me them
