it could be switching that causes it. if ur used to one kind of underwear then switch to another kind it can happen. like if ur used to wearing briefs then all of a sudden put on boxers, the loose feeling can give u a boner. or the opposite if ur used to boners and u put on snug briefs, that could make u hard.
