My sister found out on friday........She's forcing me to tell my mother and i cant even begin to explain how shitty i feel. I don't know what to do....i feel so sick and i just want to throw up..... how the fuck do i tell her, god i just want to end it. I fucking hate my sister right now. Please i don't know what to do somebody please tell me something

It's always tough to tell someone, especially when you're forced to do it. But just one question, do YOU want to get over self harming? If you do, I'd tell your mom. Maybe she can help you talk to a professional and start getting better.

I'm sorry your sister found out. My sister almost found out the other day and I nearly panicked.

Why does your sister want you to tell your parents? Does she think you're suicidal? If that's the case, you could explain to her that cutting isn't the same thing as being suicidal. Or try to talk with her about it. Maybe you can come to some sort of agreement or deal.

If your not ready to stop, and your mother is understanding once you tell her you do, I would her that. Tell her that it can help you at times, but you won't take it out of control, and that you'll agree to see a therapist, professional etc... if she asks.
