I never use to like to write poems untill I fell in love with my boy friend so this thread will be about the poems I have written for him.
edit: I don't have him any more cuz of his dad but I am not going to stop writting poems so now they will be about anything

This one I wrote the other day

Destiny

What if I never met you and you never met me? Life would be a lot different I bet there would be someone else for me and someone else who would be crazy about you the way I am for you. But I don’t want to think about that because we did meet because destiny wants us to be together. We are so similar that we were destined to cross each other at some point and to fall madly in love with each other. We are young and we both have a full life ahead of us but I know in my heart that you have to be part of my life I know in my heart since the day I was born that we were destined to be together and I don’t care if I must to wait a 1000 years or even till the end of time to met you face to face I love you and only you so please stay with me forever it’s what is destined to be.

Thanks so much I have a lot of poems and they are all about my feelings. here is one called I Know

I Know

The future is full of a lot of gifts and unexpected things. No one knows what the future will bring we can plan for it and what we hope for may not be the case in the end. We are still young and the story of our love is still being written and I know that we will have good times and bad times. I know we will fight sometimes but in the end we will forgive each other. I know we will go out and see the world and have romantic dinner all over the world. I know we will cuddle together on cold dark stormy nights to keep each other warm. I know all this because I love you and I can’t image a future without you in it.

The Ocean/Sea

When I think of the ocean or the sea I think of you and how much I love you. I have visited the ocean once in my life and I want to go back with you and only you. I have promised you that someday I will take you on a romantic cruise ship to any where you want. I will keep that promise and every other promise I have made for you. When we broke up temporally people kept saying to me there are plenty more fish in the sea but I would not believe that because you’re the only fish that catches my eyes. I love you so much and my eyes are glued to you and they always will be.

I am now lost and it’s because I don’t have you. I know you did not want to give me up but there is someone evil in your life that won’t let you be happy. Now a peace of me as died and I don’t know who I am any more all I can do is hope but there is no point because I can’t be with you so I am now lost in this world with out you and I am never going to find my way home again.

so this past weekend I was up in Muskoka so I wrote this poem when I was sitting by the Lake. tell me what you think

Autumn Night by the Lake

I sit here looking at a lake in the north under a full moon. It's so nice to see the moonlight dance on the water. Now I here the call of a loon everything is so peacful. The earth is getting ready for a long sleep and so am I. Right now I have forgotten what it's like to be in the city and now I don't want to go back. I want to stay here and in this time where I see life in a new way and it's all thanks to this autumn night by the lake.

so last night I was on facebook and saw you can see archived messages and I read all of them that I sent and got from my X the one I lost cuz of his dad and they are from the day we first met to the first time I lost him cuz of his dad. I thought I was over him but reading it made me realize I still love him and even tho I got to wait two or three years to date him again he is the only one for me and I can wait it out I wrote a poem called waiting and it is about him and how I can wait.

Waiting


The Day we became friends was the day my life changed. I was in love with you then and I still am now. I lost you once and I said to myself that no matter what I would wait for you. You came back in to my life super fast and I was happy again. I did not want to lose you ever again but I did the same evil won’t let us be together. Now I half to wait two or three years for us to become one again and I can do that heck I will even wait until the end of time for you. I love you so much I am under a spell because nothing can make me stop loving you. Even though I can’t talk to you anymore we are still together in my dreams at night. Every thing about you is worth the wait you have the most beautiful brown eyes in the world they are brown diamonds. Your smile makes me so happy even when I am feeling down it makes me feel so happy. I love you so much and I love how you never get mad at me because I screw up a lot and make a lot of mistakes and you never once get mad at me instead you’re always there to make me feel better. Thanks to you I am still here because if you where not on msn on that one dark and stormy summer night I would not be here right now. I know you still love me and I still love you our love is so strong nothing can brake it. Me and you may live 14 hours a part but love knows no distance and someday we will be together and when that day comes I will wrap my arms around you and this time nothing will make me let go out you. You’re the only one for me our hearts are connected no matter what and I can feel that you are still with me and I know that right now you can feel me too. I will keep waiting and stay strong for you. One thing last thing is I never get tired of saying I love you because every time I do it makes me love you even more then I did the last time I said it.

my inspiration was him and I still feel that way about him but not as much any more cuz 2 or 3 years is a long time to wait but anything could happen so maybe he will contact me maybe he wont but I think I should move on with my life for now and I am still in to writting poems but have no inspiration atm

well for the last 3 weeks I was dating someone who I thoght was my friend but turns out he was not and he cheated on me and said he did not love me then I wake up and see a text from him saying I miss you we worked things out and decided to be just friends and that was a lie on his side he just did that to steal all my stuff on a online game I have two poems about how I feel this is the 1st one I wrote it yesterday before he lied to me again and the other one is how I feel now

So Many Whys

I loved you so much and still do. You got this cute charm about you that I can't stay mad at you but what you did killed me. I have a lot of questions for you. Why would you hurt me when you said you would always be there for me? Why would you back stap me after I told you about my past? Why would you do thoes things with someone you don't even love? My last question is for you is why do you miss me when you said you don't love me? Now this is what I have to say I love you a lot and I know I did things that annoyed you sometime. What I want to say about you missing me is prove it and show that you love me becuase you never once showed or did something to back it up when I was with you. Finally a part of me still wants you but the other part does not and I don't think that this love story will have a happy ending so good bye forever.

I first met you two years ago and you whre so nice, cute and sweet and I always did like you. we finally started dating and things did feel a bit off but I was willing to go with it and see if things would change. What I did was wrong you had me living a lie and now I see your just evil. You look cute and sweet on the outside but on the inside your full of poison and hate. after all I have been though being used, cheated on, lied to and lossing people I care about I don't feel love any more and this poem is about how I feel now

Loveless

What is love? At one point I knew becuase I have been in love a few times. Now I don't know what it is becuase of how badly people have treated me that I have loved. I have also lost the abillity to trust anyone to tell anything to. Before I really fell in love with someone in late spring I was a loner now I am use to having someone there for me but I think I am better off a lone because I am now feeling loveless.

Puppet


Once again I feel like a puppet. I feel like I have strings attached to me and the world is my master. I have family trying to decide what my future will look like. Friends who come and go. People who play with me emotions and just don’t care how I feel. I am sick of it I don’t want to be a puppet I want to be a human but every time I cut the strings and try to run free I just get them tied up again even harder than before and I see now my depression is just a show for all the jerks out there so I say to you sit back and enjoy because I am done fighting it you all win.

Technically, a lot of stuff that you wouldn't consider poetry does count (exhibit a (http://teenagewriters.com/forum/showpost.php?p=457746&postcount=779)), but yeah these are more descriptive paragraphs than they are poetry.

Today I went for a walk and when I was walking I wrote this hope you guys like it.

February Sky

I walk down a long path alone.
Under a gray sky into a forest that feels dead.
At one time this Place was full of life.
The past is behind me now.
I don't know what the future will look like.
I come to this place for answers but life is a mystory.
Just like this place.
I can look all I want but will keep getting lost.
Will I ever truly find what I am looking for?
I don't even know what I want any more.
So I will keep walking under this Feburay sky.
