OK, so I'm not quite sure how to describe this accurately but I'll give it a shot!
So, about 2 years ago now I popped my knee-cap out of joint. Even the doctors weren't quite sure how...I just stood up and my knee gave out from under me. It swole up and I was in total agony so we went to the hospital. The night staff scanned it and then just bandaged it up back it the right position and told me to keep it rested and elevated for a week. I did and it felt normal again and I went right back to dance classes.
But now, whenever it's really rainy and I have been exercising or just walking for a while it gets really sore and I have to put a compression bandage on and rest it. The hospital near me always makes you wait for hours so I don't want to go if its not necessary so can anyone tell me if this is normal after a joint injury or is there possibly something wrong?
