I'm a freshman in High school, and I'm taking my first A.P. Course WHAP (World history A.P.), and I'm having a difficult time motivating myself to work on the extreme amounts of work (About 9 hours a weeks outside of school). I always wait to long and end up doing it at the last second (usually in tears by that point). Does anyone have any advice to motivate myself to manage my time correctly and get things done ?

Get it done day it's assigned, it takes up less time

you just have to have "that" mentality your goin to get it done. Theres really no methods that'll force you to do work earlier. I sometimes wait till the last minute, and get it done and well. I know other ppl cant do that. but yeah, its all about pacing your work.
And our school systems are SO different lol. Freshmen arent even allowed 2 take AP classes

Get a daily planner, write in pen so it is in there perminently, you cant change it and promise yourself that you will follow it, space things out so you can spend some time every day doing part of an assigment until it is due. Once you get into the habit then it will become easier and you will not need modivation, the want to succssed will be enough.
