This made me chuckle, sorry if that offends you but no you could have hit your peak early or your penis growth is down. 6 inches is around average. Penis sizes range a lot. You are doing a lot better than I was when I was 15! I was about 5 inches when I was 15. Don't worry about your penis size it really doesn't matter. Only someone shallow will tease you for your penis size but with a size like that at your age I doubt you would get teased =P
