Ooo wow, they're beautiful. But try to get the whole flower. It's quite strange when just a little part of it is chopped off. You're really good with lighting! Have you tried photographing things to express the way you feel? They're usually a lot more meaningful. But I started out just taking pictures of nature as well :) I've only gotten into conceptual photography a couple weeks ago. It's really great though.
Your photographs are amazing, though! Definitely doesn't look like the work of an amateur. :)

Thanks, and I have tried to take things to express the way I feel but the thing is when I take some of my floral pictures they do express in how I feel especially with the lighting which takes a whole entire different dimension in how I feel :) but thanks, will take into what you said with taking the whole flower but which one are you talking about for that comment,

5, 6, 7 and 8. But don't worry. I'm just bloody observant. I scrutinise everything haha. Wait, I'll show you what I mean.

Like 5 and 6 are really good. I love 'em. But it's sort of chopped off, you get what I mean? Just a little. But I love the colour contrast and the blur. It's absolutely stunning.
Those are just little details that will turn your photographs from Wow to WOOooooowwww, you know? Haha. Good luck :)

Well.. As Z said, you should eighter just take the photos of smaller details or the whole subject. These feels like "the edges are chopped of", kinda.
Overall they feel kinda original, you should "experiment" with different angles etc. And yeah, try to take photos more overall to learn more stuff, even if you think they suck at the beginning, you'll probably learn stuff that'll improve both your "random" and florar photos.
They're pretty good though, to be honest. Keep it up! :D

They're really good! I love the focus and detail, I wish my camera could do it like yours :whoops:.
I disagree with the people above, that the photos would look better with the entire flower in them. I think it's interesting when it's cut off like that.

Art is subjective. Everyone loves different things :) It's all about expressing how your feel so if you feel like chopping off a corner, do it. There really aren't any real pointers when it comes to art. Just do what you think feels right.
