Are balls different too?

I know that penis' come in different shapes and sizes but is it the same for testicles?

I ask you all this because I checked my testicles (a routine check for any lumps or swelling) and I noticed that when I was feeling my balls I was to get a hold on some stretchy...'skin'? I know it wasn't the skin of the sac itself that you always see on the outside with your eyes though.

Yes. Testicles do range in size. You can check your size with an orochidometer (you can look it up). With me, mine are bigger than the biggest on the chart! haha

my guess is your puberty stage has an effect on your size. i'm behind my friends in development and my balls are smaller than theirs are, and they are not all the same size.

yeah testicles come in many different shapes and sizes
some are bigger and some are smaller

I'm pretty sure like fingerprints testicles are unique. unless there is a really major difference then see a doctor
