Does anyone here use Swype? i'm using it now. It takes some time to get used to, and some times takes longer to use than a conventional key pad. do you like it, or do you to hard to use

Swype and Autocorret both annoy me, I'd rather type one letter at a time, by myself. Once I'm used to the keyboard I'm really good and fast at typing so it doesn't matter.

I installed it to see what it was like, but its too hard, you have to think too much about what you're doing. I hate autocorrect, thats been the ass of an awkward conversation

I don't have a keypad on my phone and absolutely hate swype.
My words always end up being in Spanish and it doesn't let me curse.

My Non-Smart messaging phone, constantly corrects 'pens' to 'penis' It's...interesting at time. Even more so when your friend gets a message saying "I lost my penis! Dammit. Have you seen it around, the blue one?"

Stock Android Keyboard is really nice, but iOS has the best keyboard, ignoring Auto Correct.

This is why I refuse to get a phone without a qwerty keyboard. I can't stand touchscreen keyboards, unless the keys are huge and spaced out.

I usually just use the keyboard.

I dont like the swype thing it was hard for me to use. I find my thumbs to be alot faster.

Even though I don't have a phone, I've tried both touchscreen and qwerty keyboards. The touchscreen is annoying because it takes up a large amount of screen and I frequently touch the wrong key. So qwerty is much better, IMO.

That made me Lol :P

At first, swype was working great for me but then it just started getting stupid and messing up what I was trying to type so I am back to using the regular keyboard.

I think Swype is pretty badass, and I use it as my keyboard. I've gotten used to it, and for me, it's a hell of a lot faster than regular typing. I've never really been skilled at typing one letter at a time on anything, touchscreen or texting keyboard.
