There is this girl that I like from my school, I'm 14 - she's 15. She's cute, great personality, but she goes through alot of guys. She just dated my friend for 4 days and broke up with him cause he didn't really talk to her and stuff.

Every day in school she talks to me whenever she see's me, she always smiles at me too. I have one class with her and she sits by me, I get the chills sitting by her cause I like her so much. She told me that I'm way cuter then my friend that she recently dated so I was like okk..lol

During school, I get the impression that she likes me..but when I text her. She is such a boring texter! She doesn't really say anything..she doesn't flirt, she uses no smiley faces, it's like she has no personality when she does. Which is WEIRD cause i don't think she does that to other guys...

How can I go out with her ? what do I do..?

At this point, it does seem that she is dating your friend to know you better?
Maybe she is just too preoccupied in other things, i.e other guys which does not give her ample time to give a full complete thought in her messages.

The prima facie would seem she does like you, why not take some time to observe her, try to date her a little to see what are her expectations of a relationship.

You mentioned that she broke up with your friend because he did not really talk to her, but if she is a boring texter, im sure given myself in your friend's perspective, i would get bored texting as well.
The problem may not actually lie in your friend, but her as an entity.

Hence, try not to jump the gun, but it would generally work better if you are to step forward to a closer friendship, hanging out as a group and such.
In the process observing her body language, and her manner of speech.
If she truly takes a special interest in you, there should and would be tell tale signs.

Being observant and reacting at the right times would help you much here.
