Being excited about the fall/winter.

I feel so weird. I'm so excited to the fall and winter so i can wear long sleeves and hoodies and cut on my arms again. I'm tired of cutting on my thighs and hips. it's not the same.
I feel insane.

I don't think you're insane :) And if you are, that makes two of us- I'm looking forward to cooler weather too, for the same reason. As bad as it sounds, yeah.

Not real sure what else I can say other than I can relate. Hope you're doing ok. And I'm sure one day you'll be self-harm free, and won't worry with thoughts like this :)

Same. I cut on my thigh but the one on my arms bleed more and are easy to make deeper. i get what you saying :)

Same here. I prefer cutting my arms but i cant get away with long sleeves in the summer. When its colder im not aloud to leave the house without atleast a sweatshirt, so im way ready for cold weather to finally set in.....

I'm not looking forward to Summer. It's almost here and I am going to freak when I can't cut my arms anymore. I hate cutting anywhere else.

If I was cutting. Which I'm not and haven't for like 4 months. -strained face from resisting urges to cut- then I would be excited too. Forearms are my favorite place.

I've just started cutting again, and as much as I hate it, I feel the same. I've been cutting my shoulders, stomach and thighs and I've been dying to cut my wrists. Even though I'm trying to quit again...

i can't really wear long sleeves outside the cold weather because of how hot it is where i live, so winter is the only time i can casually cover up my lower arms/wrists.

And it's hard to wear long sleeves year round
