@Aaron, any issues you're having with Windows phone right now, should be fixed when Mango is released. Microsoft kinda jumped the gun with releasing Windows Phone 7 originally. It seriously wasn't ready for the general public.

I had a similar issue with my old Blackberry Curve 8330. Every now and than it would heat up and freeze. But it wasn't bad to the point where I had to return it for another and it only happened every once in a while. I finally gave it up because of the tracking ball. Seemed like every coupole months I had to replace it, regardless how clean I tried to keep it. When my contract for a new phone came up in March, I was like screw it and got a Droid haha.
