r = radical

For example: 4 75

I know that 75 comes out to 25 and 3. 3 stays in the radical while 25 is simplified to 5.

My question is, do I multiply 4 and 5, or add them?

(I tried Google, and I kept getting horribly complex problems and shit.)

4 * 25 * [r]3[r]

25 --> 5

you would multiply them
