I have a question for guys.

I like this guy a lot. He knows I like him. Sometimes he will come over to me and tell me he likes my hair, stroke it (I know kind of creepy) and touch me (not in a sexual way). Is he just being an ass or does he actually sort of like me? I really like him and he's totally amazing.

Well there could be two reasons. Experimenting with the same sex which is normal for someone your age. Or he could like you.

It's natural that if you like the person, you would enjoy the fact that he comes over to you and telling you that he likes your hair and such.
This feeling is beyond words am I right?

Based on the facts presented, neither myself or anyone would be able to conclude if he takes interest in you.
He could be just flirting or being friendly.

You should take time to observe him more, become close friends.
The things you should take note are the way he talks, the attention he spends on you, the body language.
If he does take interest in you, regardless how evasive, there would be tell tale signs.

After knowing him for a while and still being yet unsure, you may then proceed to ask him his opinions on to further the relationship.

I'm sure everyone would have their opinions about how to go about it, it's not a rule book, but just a simple outline on how you can go about it.
Steps to nuture a relationship takes patience, time and perseverance.

Take this time to realize your own feelings and understand if it's just an infatuation or it's truly love.

With out knowing him it is hard to tell but I don't think he would do that without having a real reason, I think he does, or he may just be a flirty person. How does he act towards other girls? If he acts like that to multiple people then most likely not.. But it's hard to say for sure
