I need help. I don't want to go back to the hospital, school is just getting started. I lost a ton of weight, and well doctor weigh in tomorrow. What can I do to make it look like I've gained weight. I've been trying to eat more, the hosptial doesn't help me. I just don't want to go back to inpatient, not again. Please help ASAP!

I don't like giving advice on tricking doctors that you weigh more, but if you really don't want to go back to being an inpatient right now before school starts and you are trying to get better, there are some things you can do.
Things like drinking as much water as you can stomach before the doctors can make you weigh more, not much but some.
If you have a blazer style jacket (or even your school blazer turned inside out!) then wear that as it can give you a more defined shape and not make you look so thin (so long as it is not massively big for you)
High heels make legs look longer and more toned which can make them seem less thin.
With the weather getting colder you may be able to get away with wearing a chunky knit jumper (not if your wearing a blazer though) that will help yoou look bigger (and hide obviously prominent bones such as neck and elbows.

I hope you don't get put into hospital just before school starts as I know how difficult it would make things for you. Feel free to get in touch if you need to talk

This will make it look like you've gained a lot of weight. One glass alone can make my scales go up by about a pound.

I don't think this is such a good idea though. I know that you really don't want to go inpatient again, but tricking doctors is going to make it even harder for them to try and help you, which means it'll be harder for you to get better, which I know you want to do.

Good luck with everything :hug3:

You know... I would just tell them the truth. If you truly tried and you want to recover, just tell them the truth. Show them the truth. If they know you're trying, they will most likely give you a chance. They're only trying to save you, hun. If they feel you're up to it, they'll let you cause believe me, even if they scales say you're heavy, if you don't look it, they'll know.

Good luck, hun. Remember, lies will only drag you down. The truth is much lighter on your shoulders, though it may be hard to bare.

Faith and Trust

If the doctors ended up finding out you've tricked them they may not want to no longer wish to help as you would have wasted their time. Then you would have to find another doctor etc etc. I just hope you can manage the weighing.
