DPD Self harm

as some of you know, I have a form of DPD which means I have two personalities, both with separate consoiusnesses (SP) which are aware of each other. However, my other personality has started self-harming in order to get revenge on me when I won't do what He wants. What can I do?

P.S. I have told my shrink and she thinks I'm lying about it. I mean I begged her to get me watched so he can't do it, but... *sigh,* she won't.

have you told your parents? maybe they can help persudae your doctor that it's true.

No, my paarents know nothing about this. I couldn't face it if they thought I was a freak.

The problem is if I don't tell them they will find out when he takes control and attacks someone. (I made him promise not to hurt my family.) I don't know what I can do without help from my shrink, and she just keeps saying that I'm labouring under delusions and I need to straighten myself out. If I could do that on my own would I have even gone to a shrink? no. She's stupid and doesn't listen to me.

What makes you so sure you have this condition? Did another shrink/psychiatrist diagnose you with it?

yes, I was diagnosed with it by another psychiatryst (sp?) but he said he wasn't qualified to deal with it. so now I'm stuck with someone who doesn't think I have it.
