You know, it amounts of 150 GB of downloaded materials...

My videogame ISOs, my music, my films, my programs, my school work, my comics, my own stuff, my every shit, you know. Yes, I know they are digital and shit. But they hold sentimental values, too!

Please, if you know anything, please help me. I beg of you. Pleaase!

If at all possible, you might try taking it to a data recovery specialist.

Do if you know if the drive itself has died? Or if it's just the SATA/IDE controller on the enclosure that has died?
'Cause, if it's just the SATA/IDE controller on the enclosure that has died, you can take the drive out of the enclosure and stick it in your computer to recover the files. (This is also a good way to test if the drive itself has failed, or if the disk controller failed)
If the drive itself has died, then yeah, you're gonna need a data recovery specialist to get the data off of there.

This is how it looks.

As commander thor said if it is simply the casing ect then your fine just take the drive out and put it back into your comp and then recover the files

But it is the drive itself them you may have to contact a data recovery specilist. You may just have to say rest in peice to that little external drive. Dont give up hope just yet :)

If you are unsure what you are doing take it to a local tech shop and ask and then you can tell if it is well and truely fucked or not (they will do it for free but still expect a charge if they dont know you)
