So i was kinda stupid and took a bite out of a really hot pie.So my question is there anything i should do or anything that helps with the pain cause it hurts abit

I've done this so many times! I usually just suck on a piece of ice, it'll feel weird for a day or two, but the pain should be gone after an hour or so.
