You're 13 years old right? I lost my virginity then. You have to be smart about it - if you don't protect yourself properly you could have a baby on your hands. Also you need to know about what to "do" - if you don't know, you might end up hurting your partner. There's also the emotional side of it, and whether if you have sex with someone who is a friend would ruin the relationship between you. Give it a little more thought - I think most 13 year olds want to have sex, but there's a certain maturity in giving it more thought. You might enjoy it more if it's with a girlfriend anyway

Hey I think this is a good question actually. I mean, you can't just say "Let's fuck, I think you're hot", so there has to be some way to ask without sounding creepy, desperate or stupid. How close do you have to be? How do you approach someone and ask? It's all crazy logistics, and I have no idea how it works.
