Y do I keep getting comments saying please do bump old threads when I'm never on here? It gets annoying

I think you mean you are getting subscription notifications that threads you have created were locked for being bumped. I checked your posts, and for instance, you made a thread about favourite movies and it was later locked for being bumped. But because it was your thread, you could have been subscribed to it and therefore received a notification that it was locked for being bumped.

The problem is I'm not bumping them and it's saying I am

Again, you could be just receiving a notification about it. Notifications are not always clearly worded.

Best bet: Contact a staff member, preferably a GM or Admin or post a screenshot here (deleting any private information.)

Usually when I(or any other staff member) posts a message like that, we are referring to the previous or offending post. Not necessarily yours.

I'm not as sold on the commercial as a "go to" message. The problem is not that he's aloof. The problem is that he's wrong on the economy. This seems to strike the tone that he's out of touch. That will never sell, as the media can talk over that message. His "solutions" didn't work. That's something the media can't drown out.

WTF is this a troll

It's simply telling you that someone else bumped your old thread. You're seeing the message that is being relayed to someone else.
