Im close to giving up entirely

I have been cutting for nine years now. I can't stop, I am completely addicted to it. It is my drug. Not only do I cut, but I burn. Now the thing is that I can control myself. If I don't want to cut, I won't. It's not an urge, but at the same time it is. I know what my certain triggers are. I was pregnant and then had a misscarriage. Just recently too. I am going back to school and I am working a lot. It is just a lot of stress on me.

Get counseling! If you've been cutting for 9 years, it will be hard to quit on your own. I'm very sorry about your miscarriage :(

I'm sorry about everything that has happened to you :( If you have been cutting for 9 years your going to need alot of counseling. Sorry to say it but that's what's going to be needed if you wanna stop cutting.
