My best friend is extremely playful and we are allways wrestling. Sometimes I sit on top of him him or he sits on top of me, "that's how we know who won. if you get the idea he wouldn't be comfortable with it, i wouldn't pursue anything. his mentioning he "isn't gay" to you, might be his way of letting you know he doesn't want to, or isn't ready to, do anything.

The accidental touch may do something but you need to go extremely slow. Only you know is true attitude and how he would react. If you both "get excited" then the possibility is there for some type of experimentation, just don't seem to overly eager... and you never know...
