not everyone's. you need to reach a certain amount of posts. when you have your pics don't have to be moderated. not sure what it is though. 100? 250? no idea

Moderation is done for members whom are less than 3 months here, and have less than 250.
Either one which takes precedence.

If any of these conditions are not met, you would be moderated till they both met.

It's mostly to stop people from using VT to cam. You wouldn't want people posting inappropraite stuff, that would be nasty.
