you need to have it checked out. it could be serious. there is a piece of skin or something there, i'm not sure what it's called, but you can "break" it and then you need to have a doctor look at it.

Ouch! Never had such an experience.
Probably its due to abrasion that cause minor tear in the skin, resulting in an inflammation.

Generally wounds at that areas seems hardest and take the longest to heal.
Try to keep it clean and dry, wear loose under garments.
Wash off any urine residue.
But if the problem persist, do visit a physician for further advise.

It should hopefully clear up on its own. It doesn't sound very serious. Swelling would be normal. Let it heal and until there is no pain avoid boners and masturbating. If it doesn't heal within a week or so, talk to a doctor.

I got a slight cut/tear on my foreskin before from overdoing it, that caused readness and burning, it was ok after a few days, just dont jack off and it should heal up, if its still the same in a few days, see your doc, no point in having serious damage because of a bit of embarrassment

If I was too rough on my foreskin, I always put neosporin ointment on it. It helps healing. If you can jack without retracting the skin, that will help, so you won't have the tender inner part exposed.
