How to tell if your computer is male or female

First of all, go to a notepad on the computer and type
CreateObject("SAPI.SpVoice").Speak"I love you"
After that, save it at desktop and name the notepad Computer_Gender.VBS
Now double click the notepad at your desktop
If you hear a female voice, your computer is female
If you hear a male voice, your computer is male

EXTRA: You can also change the "I love you" to any other texts

I had to save, then add the CreateObject("SAPI.SpVoice").Speak"I love you" for it to work. It was a female voice. Of course, my vista even gets its gender wrong. So as punishment I made it say "I have failed" *devious smile*

You're talking about Narrator. Windows 7 default is Microsoft Anna; well, all my Windows 7 systems are so I can only assume it's a default.

I can't get to speech on my computer on the control panel. Which is strange, but it still works with the cide. On my grandfathers old xp desktop, it had only enabled male, you couldn't slect female. Just Microsoft Sam.

My Nokia phone is a transexual though. It can speak as a girl or guy. But, it was female setting when I discovered it. It wasn't clear so I made it into a guy. xD
