Erm... Like smith98 said, it's a really intense feeling. Tingles spread through out your whole body, which to me feels good, but uncomfortable at the same time. It also feels as though you're floating in the air.Oh, and your stomach area gets really warm too., and it feels like your stomach is coiling (at least to me) For me, usually once isn't enough so I keep going....
