I am uncut, and I notice lately that my foreskin does not come farther than the head because a small piece of skin is attached and I am afraid it would tear my skin. Does anyone else have this problem? How can I fix, or solve this problem?

you can try by pulling it back a little every day till it goes all the way down or you can see your local gp. my cousin had this problem.

I have the exact same problem. What I was told is to pull it back when your (non)erect in the bath (warm water) covering your penis. And pull it back as far as you can go (without causing pain) and keep doing that

Where is the skin attached? If you are referring to the frenulum at the bottom, then it's normal. If it's a random bit of foreskin attached to the glans, then it's a skin bridge and the doctor can take care of it.

That's most likely your frenulum. Nothing you can do about it.

Before I did anything I would bring it up to a doctor.

You have to daily pull it down the most you can (it will hurt a bit) but then you will have it normal

You are most likely referring to the frenulum. If your experiencing pain or discomfort you should probably see a doctor.
