I never really measure flaccid so I wouldn't really know..but maybe its just that you are a lil "excited" and its grown just a little bit... not sure if it is anything to worry about

Yeah, it's totally fine. A lot of times the weather will affect the size of a soft dikkie, at least it does mine. On some days I am bigger than other days and I don't even think twice about it.

I don't think your penis can be bigger at different times apart from being flaccid and erect. So I'm guessing that your penis wasn't completely flaccid when you measured at 3"

It can be bigger and smaller, a flaccid penis will increase and decrease in length without being even slightly erect. What happens when you get into really cold water? What typically happens when it's warmer? It's odd but I don't think there is ever a really 'correct' measurement of a flaccid penis because many many things will influence it.

Most accurate answer so far. Temperature is probably the facot rthat affects your penis size, flaccid or erect, most of all. It's nothing to worry about.
