erection problem?

i'm having an issue with an erection. i haven't yet started puberty, so i'm sure if that plays into this or not, but i have a really bad pressure sensation at the base on penis. it's not my testicle's. it's actually the penis itself. any idea's what maybe causing this and how i might be able to stop it? it doesn't hurt and it's not really uncomfortable. it's mainly just annoying. thanks everyone

it's not that form of pressure. it's not even painful. it's annoying. i think it's simply the erection sensation becoming more sensitive? i don't think i need a doctor. if it becomes painful or out of hand, then a doctor might be in order. until then i'll see what others think and if they've experienced this.
