We have a simple dress code, but for public is kinda strict. Not strings or exposed sholders, tattered jeans, or too short of skirts and such. but being a guy, the dress code isn;t taht bad for me and its normally just jeans and a shirt although sometimes a nice polo or overshirt

we can wear anything, as long as it's school appropriate and doesn't break school rules (ex. no really short skirts allowed)

we dont have any uniforms. :D for the girls it's fine as long as it's finger length and not too much cleavage and for guys there's no rules really, except not to sag too low. xD

what are "jumpers"? i've seen a few people mention them.

they're like sweaters and shirts mixed into one i think. (:

Girls: no revealing shirts or skirts
Guys: no sagging
Both: pants/skirts mid-thigh length minimum. No clothes with ripped holes wether they were bought that way or not. No flip flops. No sleeveless shirts. I think thats it

My uniform is kind of dull and un-original. We have a Navy blue pull over and a blue polo shirt. However, Our school might be changing to Blazers

I feel lucky,
Everyone has to wear shorts with sleeves, and Your pants have to be waist level and can not be shorter than where your fingers lay if you put your arms flat against your side (So they can still be pretty short.) No Pajamas or slippers.

That's it.

We have a dress code which is essentialy "what you would wear to a job interview" a teenager job not suit type stuff

so no panties and bras only allowed, most wear jeans, t-shirts, blouses and skirts ect, standard stuff.

Uniforms were proposed to be implimented but failed as students across the districts shouted out that they will not wear them.

imagine sending hundreds of students home because of their clothes

it's like the saying "Yeah good luck arresting 3 quarters of the population"

A white polo with my school emblem on it and a green plaid kilt with tan suede bucks and green or white knee highs (we can wear tights, but I don't do tights unless they're fishnets). On formal days, we have a blouse instead of the polo and a wool blazer. it's actually not that ugly, but I look like a little school girl. On non-formal days, I can wear my national honor society sweater if I get cold.

No uniforms in my district, and the dress code is pretty much common sense. The weather up here is so quick to change that we need to be able to wear what the weather requires.

standard lax dress code.
our biggest notable is no tank tops. You must have sleeves.

Alaska, gotta love it here. Looser on some rules, stricter on the others. Our dress code is simple, no baggy pants, and no chest or butt/underwear showing. Items that are usually a costume component must be approved before worn. Thats it in a nutshell.

We usually wear our uniforms from Monday to Thursday. It consists of a powder blue short sleeve polo with our school's logo on the chest pocket, white undershirt, navy blue pants and black leather shoes. At Wednesday, we get to wear our PE uniform which is a white t-shirt with our school's name and the words "MAPEH" at the back and navy blue jogging pants to top it all of. And yeah, if we don't wear our uniforms on the prescribed day, we're not allowed to enter the school unless an excuse letter is given.

When I went to an actual school, it was just whatever we wanted (unless it was sexual) and for PE we wore: A blue shirt with our last names on the back of it and PE shorts with our names on the bottom of it.

I'm on Independent Study now, so, I stay home and I can wear whatever I want which most of the time when I'm doing school work is either shorts and a shirt, or, underwear and a blanket haha.

No uniform<3

We have rules to follow though.. Fingertip rule for shorts/skirts/dresses, no chains, hats, etc, pants must be pulled up, shoulders must be covered, typical rules like that.

Now I don't have to wear a uniform, however I cannot wear short skirts/shorts or sleeveless tops (Jesuit school hehe).
But during secondary school, we had this checked skirt which looked like a tablecloth for summer, and during the winter we had to wear a skirt with a pair of tights. I HATE tights. Not good. Not good at all.

We don't need to wear any uniforms, though I don't mind the idea.
It might actually work, in my opinion.
Though, as you can see, we live in the same country, so most of this is evident xD

Most sincerely,
Robert.

Well I am in college as of the moment so we have no dress code really with the exception that you cannot wear the shirt or anything relating to a soroity or a fraternity unless you below to it.

I have seen a guy walking around in a kilt and combat boots, he wasn't even irish or scottish, I would know, he was my roommate.
