australian graffiti is the best especially in melbourne if anyone else is from the area i can give you some madd sites where people post up pictures of graffiti pieces they see and its a forum very similar to this one anyone else love graffiti it is art not vandalism ? for sites just ask below :)

I'm very much into street art. Haven't done it because (1) I'm not well skilled (2) Would like an area where it wouldn't be immediately taken down.

Watch the movie Exit Through The Gift Shop. It's about street artists mostly, even though the plot changes later on.

Banksy and Shepard Fairy are pretty much the ones who drew the line between graffiti and questioning what is art. So yes, Graffiti is art. Actually, the question should be what isn't art?

There is many wall areas where people are free to graffiti on. That means it's not illegal everywhere. Cough, cough. In fact, here where I live there's certain Street Art that was painted for the sole reason of being art and showing it as part of the city.

Sour Grapes is from Texas and they've done a show in Dallas. Really good shit.
