Your voice will crack at one time , you may notice your voice going high pitched. Which is I think a sign that your voice is going to break

This. However, this part is the most annoying. If your talking and then a squeak comes out of no where, you kind of feel embarrassed and some people even look at you. Then it may sound croaky a bit, but you cannot clear it.

Your voice will squeak sometimes. For example you'll be talking normal and then your voice talks really high for a second and ten it goes back

Try to speak with very low voice. If you notice changes and you are able to make very low voice, like a man, then your voice is about to change.
It breaks only when you are not able to control your voice and it changes octaves without your permission :D
It will take time for your voice to develope. If you are singer and a you have trained your voice, you should be able to avoid cracking. You can avoid your voice range where cracking would most probably occur.

You probably wont notice your voice breaking as you hear it day in day out. it doesn't change over night it will gradually get deeper. someone you haven't spoken to in a while will probably point it out when they speak to you.
