Dark Shadows (2012)

Been following progress for a bit on this film.
A gothic-horror tale centering on the life of vampire Barnabas Collins and his run-ins with various monsters, witches, werewolves and ghosts. Based on the popular "Dark Shadows" TV series.

It's got Burton's originals such as Depp, Carter, Lee but some 'not so frequent' such as Pfeiffer.

All in all seems like an interesting movie. Nice to see yet another dark gothic flick by Burton. The only gothic flick he's done that I've liked is Sweeney Todd. But this should be another to add to that list.

So far, I liked every movie from him, but I hadn't heard about this one before. I guess now I should be excited about it!

Tim is also doing Frankenweenie next year so it will be awesome to see two of Burton's movies in one year.

I'm excited, just for the same reason as Carson though. I'll watch anything Burton/HBC/Depp. Though it's good for those who complain about Burton always working with his girlfriend and the godfather of his son get some relief with some new faces (I'm excited to see Michelle Pfeiffer in it as well). At least, you know, the additional actors don't include Alan Rickman and Timothy Spall again (Ehmm, Sweeney AND Alice in Wonderland, come on Burton). But yeah, as always, it's on my list because I always love a new Burton film.
