Hello,
I'm 13 years old, my penis is 4cm soft and 7cm hard. I have no hair other than on my head, my voice is still really high and my balls don't hang down.
I've never cum before but I can get boners.

Do you think I've started puberty? And is there anyone in the same situation as me on here?

I got 1.3 on the tanner scale thingy, if that makes any difference.

I don't know if you've started puberty or not, you will grow and get hair and stuff soon enough, maybe you're just behind a little bit

Probably a late bloomer. Don't worry

Puberty may have started for you, its just that the physical signs have yet to show, puberty is not something that happens yesterday, and changes would start the next day.

Its a gradual change throughout your body, over a period of time till you are 21.

Eitherway, it should and would happen anytime soon, do not worry not everyone starts at the same times, nor end at the same times.

The age line is just a benchmark, not a rulebook.
Give it abit more time and the changes would be evident in the near future.

Good luck
*cheers*

Yeah you've got plenty of time left, and as Kujiro said just because it isn't evident in those areas doesnt mean you aren't internally starting the process. Some people are really late bloomers, I have a friend who really only started having the outer signs when he was 15.

It should all start in the next year or so. All I could say would be to wait and see... But I was an early bloomer, so I assume everything should start soon :D

Don't worry about it! The average person finishes Puberty when they are 20 years old. + Everyone starts at different time's!

I wouldn't say late bloomer. I would say pre-pubescent. U are totally normal. I know it sucks but... nothing much u can do

As Kujiro said, you may have started puberty, but no physical changes have taken place.
Usually guys can start anywhere from 11-14 sometimes, so you have nothing to worry about.
It will happen in time, and it won't stop until you are about 20 or even 21.
There are plenty of people here like you, whether they admit it or not.
So to sum up, don't worry about anything, it'll happen eventually.
