Why am I so easily bored?

The thing I like about relationships is the tension and atmosphere of trying to get the girl. And what I have found is that when I finally got with the girl, I got bored easily and I saw no point in even trying anymore.. Am I a freak?

It could be to do with the fact I dont even feel ready to be in a proper relationship yet, but I am 16. now. When will i be ready?! I feel frigid at times, and I always feel like when I kiss her I only do it because it's what 'couples are MEANT to do' not because i actually want to kiss her..

I actually prefer spending time outside of a relationship with underlying chemistry and hinting and flirting, rather than the actual relationship/kissing.. Why?

When the word 'girlfriend/boyfriend' is said, It feels so anticlimactic. There is only so much to know or say to a single person.. :/

Generally the dating phase is more fun as you are taking the advantages of a relationship, without the pressures and the committments of being in a relationship.

As at our age, we are not really interested in committments are we...
With so much monetary and time factors to consider.

If you are already in a relationship, why not try to make it interesting, there are of course ways to spice up the relationship with your partner.
It need not be as monotonous as it seems..
