It's awesome that you are having the intention to come out to her.
Being honest is and would always be the best policy.

She should and would take it well and be supportive. Else you would not have considered telling her in the first place.

Find the best opportunity to tell it to her, in the most natural and composed state.

It's going to be normal that she would ask a few sensitive questions, like I said, honesty is still and would be the best policy.
