i have an anxiety disorder

ok so i went through a huge assesment thingy and i have major clinical depression [no shit i could have told them that] and generlized anxiety disorder, i got meds for it, has anyone been on medication for that? what is it like?

i have anxeity disorder to.
i am on meds for that.
but i only take them when i feel anxeity start to build.
mine works in like 10 minutes and it makes me very calm and relaxed.
but if your meds are anything like mine you will like the feeling and be tempted to take more than needed(atleast i was)
but dont do that,
anyway they've helped alot.

I've been taking valium for my anxiety it works quite well. But i prefer Xanax.

i'm taking zoloft for the depression and anxiety because there worried other meds will cause bipolar for me

usually they combine anxiety relievers with anti depressants. I'm on Sertraline (Zoloft) and it works great

My doctors have told me to wait and see.
She says if my anxiety and depression gets worse then I'll have to go on medication.
