So...lately, I've been feeling kinda down. Don't get me wrong; I'm not going to revert back to my previous mindset. It just seems as if my diet isn't exactly doing my body any favors, and people are still treating me as they always have been. I know it's only been a few days since I changed my thought process and tried to accept myself, but I can't help but speculate as to whether I'll ever reach the goal I set for myself. My body just isn't well-shaped and I don't know if I'll ever be considered attractive.

Oh well :(. I'll keep eating, even though I'm going to restrict it to 900 calories now. I need to step it up.

Love, 900 calories isn't healthy. If you really want to lose weight, eat no fewer than 1200 calories per day and exercise. Starving your body will only make it want to gain more weight the second you slip up on that highly restricted "diet." You're beautiful. Please try to do this the healthy way.

1200 calories doesn't seem to be helping me. I just seem to be bloating up and at the end of the day I'm in the 150's again. It makes me not want to eat anything. But I can't help eating. When I'm around friends I'm positive enough to eat my lunch, but even though I pack my own lunch and I measure serving sizes I feel so gross and overweight at the end of the day just from eating 1200 calories. I don't know. It doesn't seem like I'm meant to succeed in life, no matter what.

Have you tried exercising with it? That can really make a difference. I know how you feel, and it's hard. But it will get better, honestly. If you need someone to vent to or anything, you can always PM me.

I've been exercising as often as I can, but school this year is very homework-heavy and by the time I'm done I usually just fall asleep because I'm so tired. I plan on exercising tonight though, I need to.

Losing weight takes time. Exercising, watching what you eat and eating healthy are the way to go but it's slow and you won't see progress within a few days. Often it can take a few weeks.

900 calories is not nearly enough and won't see results any faster.

A few weeks is too long to wait...I don't know, I feel like I should be seeing more results quicker. Other people can lose weight so fast. I never will.

Like Jo said, it takes time. Please make sure you get a sufficient amount of calories. You want to be healthy, so that you'll keep it off and you won't have any awful side effects of malnutrition.
