Nope its not ileagel. How ever it may depend where you live. where i live its as long as your with in 2 years of age of each other your fine...

i kno in nj to consent to your body you need to be 13, but then once you turn 16 you can have sex with anyone up to 4 years older then you.

I don't want to make light of this post, but the first time I heard about the laws against statutory rape, I wondered: "Who in the hell would want to rape a STATUE" ?

Don't depend on charts. Go find your state's criminal code, it's online. If they really want to get you, they will find a way.

It really differs from where you live. In the U.K you CANNOT have sex under the age of 16

That post is flawed in two ways.

1. "consent to your body" ...?
2. "anyone up to 4 years older than you" ... once you reach the age of consent then you can have sex with anyone else that is willing and also of age.

If u live in America or any western nation ur fine to a certain degree
If u dont live in the west there mite be a problem...
