Last year I was having problems about school, and a few things made me think that way which ended up with me not attending for most of the year.
I am going into my GSCE year this year, and I know I need an education if I want to have a job in later life. Common sense is telling me to go but my mind is full of thoughts and anxiety about it.
Please don't say that I'm stupid for not going, because I already know.
I start in 8 days, and I need some help about going. I'm a very nervous and anxious person, and suffer from panic attacks in social situations, which I have gotten some help with, but they still occur.
What can I do to motivate myself to go to school?

Nothing apart from try to think positive.

Its hard you just need think positive and try not to freak out

Also how did you not atend for majority of the year without you and your parents getting in shit

I didn't just sit a year out.
There were talks and a tutor, but I'd rather not tell everything.

Just think about it in a positive way. You will never be able to get a good job if you don't go to school, so think of it as having your future ruined without it.

Ok right well thats better than missing everything:)

You also need to get used to social situations as if you think about it you need to be social in all apects of life even after school like jobs ect you need to think towards the future and not look at all the problems in your life
