Penis Problem!

the head of my penis is so sensitive that i can't touch it without the foreskin there its too painful. If anyone has had this before and knows what to do please help me out i wash it in the shower every day and try to gently touch it and get it more used to that but it hurts.

its always going to be sensitive, but eventually you'll get use to it

Calm down, it's nothing to worry about. You'll gradually lose a little sensitivity. When I was about 12 or 13, I noticed I couldn't touch my head without wincing, as well. After a couple years of pulling my foreskin back, every now and then, and getting boners (that retract your foreskin), it'll be better. I can touch my head fully now, it's still sensitive, but not nearly as bad. So, don't worry about it. :)

Try getting boners that pull back your foreskin and try wanking a bit more if that dont work use Vaseline to soothe it

you will gradually loose that ultra sensitivity. Keep foreskin retracted more often and use your penis :)

How old are you? It usually calms down a little later in your life if you're under ...I'd say maybe 13 -14
