Bed Bugs????

Ok so the past few mornings I've been noticing bumps pretty much everywhere. The latest one was in my privates sice I sleep naked. Should I do something. Please help.

take sheets blankets pillows and pillow cases off clean them all and scrub your matress. you should be fine if there bedbugs

just wash it all, bedbugs, and dont sleep naked to prevent

Change your sheets regularly.
I'd suggest taking the entire mattress out to bask in the sun.
This would generally kill the bugs residing in your mattress.

Although the best option would be to change it out entirely.
Not only your mattress, but you other stuff toys, pillows or anything else that resides on your bed.

Its always wise to keep your mattress dry, as these horrid creatures tend to breed quickly in damp environments.
