I like my friend... kinda.

Okay so she's bi and so am I but I like her. She's my best friend. We've known each other for a year now. She always messes with me back and winks at me. She has a boyfriend and so do I but we joke around sometime saying we will dumps our bf's for each other but I wasn't joking. She always plays with my hair, gives me hugs, give me things, comments on my clothes everyday nicely, smiles at me all the time, shares her seat with me in class when there are not anymore, we can't be away from each other in the same room, teacher split us all the time and we both hate it. I don't think she's bi but she says she is so I believe her I guess. She's really pretty and that type who is crazy and fun.

Does she know that you're bi? if she does, then i think you should tell her, but if she doesnt, maybe you should keep it behind? :/

If she doesn't know you're bi then you should tell her and base your response on how she reacts. If she does then make the joking a bit more serious, that is if you actually are serious about the relationship, for example; if you're talking about dumping your boyfriends then take it a step too far and say it once more when you know the joke is over (hard to explain but I hope you know what I mean), do that for everything, within reason, and see how she reacts.
