Download and install Firefox, open it, tools, options, privacy, check always clear my private data when closing Firefox, go to settings within privacy, check everything you want wiped, hit ok, problem solved, so long as you use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer.

ok so for internet explorer.
there is no way to track sites that have been visited if you delete the history??
and if i download a video(not save as: but just open)
it just opens the file and then deletes it off of your computer right?

Yeah, through complicated methods you can recover deleted history, but someone like your parents, or anyone not specialized with computers, probably has no idea how to get the history back, but I've seen on shows on Court TV, that there are ways to recover deleted history. But you have no worries unless you were doing something highly illegal, because the only way that someone would search through your deleted history is if you commited a crime that involved your computer, and there needed to be an investigation.

well if you open a move, and don't save it it would actualy save that video to a cache. But i don't think your parents know were it is, and if i am correct your computer should clear out this cache after a wile.

Yeah, nobody is going to know anything, unless your parents are masters of the computer, and trust me most parents are not. My dad doesn't even know how to bring up word, let alone check history. I have no worries, and I doubt you should either, if you went to a site you don't want anyone to find out about, just hit ctrl + h, and delete it. It's easy, and as for movies, pending where you watch them depends how long they stay, etc. If you just watch them off a site, they can be deleted through ctrl + h, and delete the URL. For videos that you open and watch on something like Windows Media Player, you just go to library and click remove, for anything else I'm unsure.
