Hello, I am a guy attempting to "woo" if you will, a special girl:wub: I have very deep feelings for this girl and may possibly be in love. i know that sounds stupid but hear me out. i need some tips on what to do, as ive never had a real girlfriend and im no good at this. Freshmen dance is this year and i want to ask her to that though its still months away (as im writing this, school doesnt start till next week.) Im not exactly handsome, im kind of a nerd (A cool nerd that everyone likes, so i got that going for me) a writer of stories and poems, quiet, quite a bit unconfident, and a romantic. so if you can, please help a hopeless romantic, it would mean a lot. thanks.

and also, the best thing you can do is be yourself, if she likes you she likes you, but it's important that if she does like you, it is you, and not who you try to be to impress her. Just drop little hints, see how she reacts, and if you feel as though the feelings mutual, ask her to the dance when the time comes if nothings happened between you before then :)

Be yourself, do as Nat said, try to make sure the feelings are mutual. If you can't tell, take a shot. The worst that can happen is she says no

Use the time you've got to get to know her. Like everyone else said, be yourself. But just try to become pretty close to her just as friends and wait before asking her out right away.

I agree with the other people that you should become her friend first rather than just asking her straight off but don't leave it too late in case someone else asks her.

One big peice of advice I would give is to not be too eager. It sounds like you would be a great catch, especially with the fact that you say you're a romantic and write poems, that is just such an appealing quality in a guy. But don't do anything like give her a poem you wrote until you're dating, or it might seem too much too soon for her!
