Well firstly, cut ppl have no foreskin while uncut have (obviously)
The main difference is that uncut ppl have a more sensitive penis than cut ppl bcos the head of cut penises are always exposed to touch (boxers or pants) loosing sensitivity slowly...
Some ppl say that uncut ppl hve more pleasure in sex than cut ppl whilst cut ppl last longer in sex compared to uncut ppl, again both due to the sensitivity
I was circumsised when i was 11 and so i kno how masturbation feels in both cases... I dnt mind being cut but i have to honestly say masturbation with foreskin is waay better...

No they don't, the majority of the world's men are uncut so that is just not true. That is an excuse trotted out in countries where little boy's penises are mutilated for no justifiable reason.

Uncut is the natural state, how nature or God intended you to be. Cut means that a part of your penis, the foreskin, has been removed, its been cut off. In almost all cases there is no medical justification for this, it is either on religious grounds or out of stupid following of local custom.
