I just need someone to talk to?

Hi , I fake a smile everyday. My life is going rapidly down hill. I'm not one of those people who complain about the life every 2 minutes. I rarely talk about my life. But i don't still no weather this post is necessary but I felt the urge to do it. This year 3 people in my life have been diagnosed with Cancer. The first one is okay and she is nearly recovered. The second however hasn't got long left to live , I'm scared that when she does die my Mom might go into depression. And the third she is going to get better. I'm just so scared , and I have secrets that I don't tell anyone. I just need someone to talk to , so I don't feel alone all of the time
