How often do you do it?

I usually only need 1 a day, so long as its long and semi-deep. I fight the urge as much as i can but i usually give out around mid day.

Just want to know how everyone else deals with it.

I tend to keep myself busy, either by dancing or writing. :)

I can go weeks without, or just days. It really varies on my mood.

-when i actually cut i do loads... some deep, most not so bad.

I'm trying to stop, but when I give in it's usually quite a few.. I don't think that they are that deep but I've been told that they are semi deep...

To stop myself I attempt to keep myself busy by either on the internet, PS3, cooking, reading, tidying etc. It works.

I tend to cut to do it about 2,3 times a day something like that. Which varies to more or just the once. Usually they tend to be quite deep. Even if i'm kept busy such as being on the PS3 I can still get urges and most of the time give in to them.

That depends on how I'm feeling. I don't really cut numerous times per day, but I will cut for a long time. I only cut at night unless I'm really desperate. Sometimes it's only for 15 minutes and sometimes it's a few hours.

Daily or twice a day. It depends. Sometimes I can go two or three days without.

I can usually go a long time without it too. I feel like it's fake for that reason, but when I cut, it's after a long while of wanting to cut, and normally because I've eaten. It's also usually quite a lot...

When I was very bad I used to cut everyday, then it got to where I'd cut every few days or I'd try and say I'd only do it once a week.
Now I haven't cut in 4 months!

I used to cut every few days, I gave up trying to stop. For the past few weeks it's more than twice a day.
