I'm not really good with emotions, or handeling emotions. I can't deal with people being sad, or being angry, and I don't know how to make them feel better. I don't like talking about them (well, I don't like talking in depth about them) Well, I guess I also don't like talking about them because I don't want people to think of me as vulnerable, and I don't want them to treat me differently. So, I prefer to bottle up my emotions. I most deffenately don't like feeling them (I like happy feelings though) Right now, I feel like I just got trampled over by the emotion bus, and just a few minutes ago I felt like I wasn't getting enough air. What's going on?:confused:

What seems to be happening is all the emotions you have bottled up are affecting you, they are screaming to be dealt with, but you have bottled them all up. Dealing with emotions doesn't always have to be negative, you could write your emotions and thoughts down and re-read them over and over again, to help you assert control again, to show you are the 'master; of your emotions, or you could tackle the emotions head on, and remove the stress and tension inside you, because it will keep building and it will become harder to deal with any of it?

I disagree, Emotions are one of those things that are wonderful and horrible at the same time. So much Pain can come from so much love and Happiness.
